Smoked fish salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. First, prepare the ingredients. Wash the potatoes and boil until soft. Wash and dry the vegetables. 2. Cut the fish into small cubes and place into a salad bowl. For this smoked fish salad recipe, it's best to use salmon or cod. 3. Finely chop the celery stalk. 4. Remove seeds from sweet and hot peppers. Cut into small cubes and add to the other ingredients. 5. Lightly dry the cucumber from the marinade and chop as well. Instead of cucumber, you can use olives or capers in this homemade smoked fish salad—they will also taste delicious. 6. To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil with mustard and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, then pour the dressing over the salad. 7. Before serving, refrigerate the dressed and mixed salad for 1–2 hours to allow it to marinate properly. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs on top. That's it—the salad is ready. Serve and enjoy.
