Salad with canned fish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I really love salads made with canned fish, primarily because they're so easy to prepare. Canned fish—such as tuna—pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of ingredients, many of which are always available in the refrigerator. That's why, whenever I need to quickly prepare a tasty salad for lunch or a snack, canned fish salads come to the rescue. Let me tell you how. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the pomegranate, remove the pomegranate seeds, and drain them in a colander (to remove excess juice, as some seeds will inevitably be damaged during peeling, and we don't need the red juice in the salad).
- 2
Step 2

Mash the canned fish thoroughly with a fork, then add lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- 3
Step 3

Add some nuts to the canned food.
- 4
Step 4

Add sliced olives in rings.
- 5
Step 5

Add the cheese cut into cubes (I used feta).
- 6
Step 6

Salt, pepper, mix.
- 7
Step 7

Add pomegranate seeds to the salad. Reserve a few seeds for garnish.
- 8
Step 8

Mix it up—and a simple canned fish salad is ready!
