Turnip and radish salad with sour cream
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For some reason, turnip has become one of the forgotten and unpopular vegetables. And it's a pity, as our grandmothers considered turnip beneficial and cooked many delicious dishes from it. The simplest way is to make a salad from turnip, and combined with juicy radish, it makes a great addition to lunch or dinner. Can be served immediately.
