Radish and Carrot Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. If you're tired of the standard cafeteria salads served as a side dish to meat or fish, I recommend trying this radish and carrot salad. At first glance, this salad looks very similar to the most basic cabbage and carrot mix, but its taste is completely different. Since radishes and carrots store well, this salad is not only an excellent accompaniment to cutlets and other meat dishes for me, but also a cheap and accessible source of vitamins. In short, it's not just a salad—it's a fairy tale. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the radish and thinly slice it.
- 2
Step 2

Similarly, grate the peeled carrots. Rub the carrots and radish by hand to make the vegetables release their juice.
- 3
Step 3

Add the ready-made seasoning "For beet and radish" to the vegetables. If unavailable, simply salt the vegetables and wait for them to release their juice.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop a small amount of cilantro.
- 5
Step 5

When the vegetables release their juice, drain the excess liquid from the salad. Sprinkle the vegetables with cilantro and dress with olive oil.
- 6
Step 6

The radish and carrot salad is ready. It's best to serve it immediately. ;)
