Chicken Gizzard Salad

Perfect for an everyday table. This chicken gizzards salad is very easy to prepare! First, we boil the gizzards (they don't take long to cook—just boil them in salted water). Then we sauté mushrooms and add onions. Hard-boiled eggs are chopped into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, and our amazing chicken gizzards salad is ready! This salad is especially loved by my husband, who enjoys the unique flavor of gizzards. What do you think? :) Good luck and garnish as desired before serving.

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in vegetable oil. Then cover with a lid and simmer (do this almost immediately). The water should evaporate from the mushrooms. Then uncover and sauté a bit longer.

Slice the onion into half-rings and add to the frying pan.

Hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes.

We cool the boiled dumplings and then finely chop them.

Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
