Salad with Chinese cabbage and cheese
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. I chose a large Napa cabbage for this salad, so half was enough for me; for a whole cabbage, double the amount of the other ingredients. I recommend using homemade mayonnaise—sometimes I add a clove of garlic for extra flavor. Garnish the finished salad with any fresh herbs; dill, green onion, or young garlic work great. Let's get started. Decorate as desired and serve.
