Salad with chicken and Chinese cabbage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any chicken parts; I used boneless, skinless thighs, which are more tender and juicy. If you're following a healthy diet, replace mayonnaise with sour cream or a yogurt-based dressing. Be sure to try this salad—I'm certain many will enjoy it for its simplicity and delicious taste. Serve at the table.
