Salad with Chinese cabbage and croutons
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. When spring white cabbage isn't available at the market yet, I rely on Chinese cabbage. For the salad, I chop only the tender leaves. It pairs well with any vegetables, meat, fruits, and herbs. Its taste is unmistakable and unique. Can be served immediately.
