Octopus salad with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This salad is usually served warm, as it's more aromatic and delicious that way. However, I often eat it cold when I'm too lazy to reheat it. The key is to make the right dressing—then the taste will be excellent no matter how it's served! I usually prepare the dressing based on honey and mustard, with added lemon juice. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Small octopuses are excellent for salads. They don't require much effort. You just need to thaw them and drop into boiling water. Cook the octopuses for a couple of minutes so they don't become tough.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into sticks. Boil in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain the potato water.

Step 3

Sauté the onion in a pan until golden, about 7 minutes. Then add the octopuses, season with salt and oregano. Cook for 5 minutes. After that, add the boiled potatoes. Mix and fry for a couple of minutes.

Step 4

Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with fried octopus, potatoes, and cherry tomatoes. Dress with mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
