Seafood salad
Description
You can use any seafood mix; I like a combination of squid, shrimp, mussels, with a small amount of seaweed. In addition to seafood, I suggest adding tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as some hard cheese. For dressing, you can use oil, mayonnaise, soy sauce, or yogurt. Serve the salad with various side dishes, such as rice or baked potatoes.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2

Transfer the seafood cocktail to a salad bowl. I had a marinated seafood cocktail; if you are using frozen, boil the cocktail for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the fresh cucumber and dry it, then trim the ends on both sides. Cut the cucumber into small strips or cubes, and add to the seafood cocktail.
- 4
Step 4

Rinse the fresh tomatoes and dry them, then cut into slices or cubes and add to the salad.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the hard cheese into small cubes as well, add to the salad. Choose a tasty, creamy cheese.

Step 6

Add oil and lemon juice to the salad, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and serve.
