Carrot and tofu salad for the Year of the Dragon
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. If desired, instead of boiling the carrots, you can bake them in the oven, wrapped in foil. This will give the carrots a more interesting flavor. Instead of smoked tofu, you can use cheese, and canned mushrooms can be replaced with any sautéed mushrooms with onions. This is a great way to make something impressive and festive from simple ingredients. Can be served immediately.
