
Salad with pollock in cucumber brine
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. To speed up the salad preparation process, boil the whiting in advance. When it's time to make the salad, you'll simply mix all the ingredients and add mayonnaise. This won't take more than 15 minutes. You can serve it immediately.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the haddock thoroughly and clean it. Cut into three pieces. Transfer to a pot and pour in the brine. Make sure the brine covers the fish completely. Place over heat, bring to a boil, then simmer over moderate heat for 7 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, remove from heat, take the pollock out of the pot, transfer to a plate, and let it cool.

Flake the cooled fish into pieces, carefully removing the bones. Transfer to a salad bowl.

Cut the onion into quarter rings or small cubes. Dice the eggs finely. Add the chopped ingredients to the salad bowl. Mix, add black pepper, and mix again.

The salad can be served either individually or in one large salad bowl. For individual serving, place a portion of the fish mixture into a small salad bowl, make a mayonnaise lattice on top, then add another layer of the fish mixture. Repeat the mayonnaise lattice. For serving in a shared bowl, season the fish mixture with mayonnaise to taste and mix well. Garnish as desired.
