Salad with marinated squid
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Marinated squid, in my opinion, is even tastier than fresh or (especially) frozen. To prepare marinated squid salad, you'll need just a few ingredients: the squid themselves, onion (preferably red rather than white), and you can add green peas or cherry tomatoes to the salad. Instead of mayonnaise, use sour cream. As for herbs, dill or parsley work well. You can serve it immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the squid into thin, elongated pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the onion into half-rings.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the squid with the onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add other spices, such as Provencal herbs.
- 4
Step 4

Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise or some sour cream, and sprinkle with fresh finely chopped herbs.
- 5
Step 5

Mix it - and you have a ready simple version of this salad.
- 6
Step 6

Add canned green peas if desired.
- 7
Step 7

Also, the ready-made marinated squid salad goes very well with cherry tomatoes.
