Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Finely chopped garlic is fried in olive oil over high heat until golden brown. This takes just a couple of minutes. The key is to stir constantly to prevent burning.
- 2
Step 2

When the garlic turns golden, add the washed and dried dandelion leaves to the pan. Sauté over high heat for another 30-40 seconds.
- 3
Step 3

Add parsley, sauté for another 30 seconds, remembering to constantly stir the contents of the pan.
- 4
Step 4

On the plates we will use for serving, place the contents of the skillet. Sprinkle crumbled cheese on top.
- 5
Step 5

Then we sprinkle all of this with wheat sprouts.
- 6
Step 6

Sprinkle everything with balsamic vinegar.
- 7
Step 7

Eggs, boiled until done, are manually broken into two parts and placed on each serving. It's better if the yolk is slightly runny and oozes out.
- 8
Step 8

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly and serve.
