Place the thawed lobster tails into slightly salted boiling water and cook for 15 minutes after the water comes to a boil. You can add dried aromatic herbs to the water.

Cooked lobsters have a bright red shell. Cool them down.

And remove the shell.

Then cut the lobster meat into small cubes.

While the lobster is cooking, prepare the salad dressing. In a blender bowl, mix vinegar, honey, lemon juice, chili pepper, garlic, and cilantro until smooth. Then gradually add oil in small portions and blend thoroughly.

Cut the tomato in half and remove the seeds with the pulp. Dice the remaining part into small cubes.

Peel and dice the avocado, then sprinkle it with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown.
