Chicken breast salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. To make the chicken breast salad, take chicken breast, a bit of corn, crab sticks, chips, and a few eggs. This is an approximate list—you can add or remove any ingredients you like or dislike. I really enjoy this combination. Some might say that combining chicken and crab sticks is awful, but I should clarify right away: I'm sharing what I personally prepare. You decide for yourself. To decorate the salad, use rowan berries or pomegranate seeds—they're perfect. Well, that's it, my advice is given. Now read my recipe. The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken breast until cooked, and hard-boil the eggs and cool them.
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the chicken breast or shred it into fibers. Place it on the bottom of a flat plate in the shape of a rectangle. If you don't have a rectangular plate, a round one will work too, but still arrange it in a rectangular shape. Spread mayonnaise on top.

Step 3

On top, place crab sticks cut into small cubes. Then spread a small amount of mayonnaise over them.
- 4
Step 4

Next come the yellow ingredients. First, add the corn (make sure to drain all the juice from it beforehand), followed by the crushed chips. Again, spread mayonnaise on top.
- 5
Step 5

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Place the yolks in a deep bowl and mash them with a fork. Sprinkle the mashed yolks over the salad mound. If the yolk doesn't stick well, brush the salad lightly with mayonnaise again.

Step 6

That's almost it. Now generously coat the entire surface of the salad. If we used very little mayonnaise inside, we'll need more here so that all our decorations hold well. Grate the egg whites on a fine grater and spread them on top and on all sides. Gently shape it into a semi-circle with your hands. Then, place the berries—rowan or pomegranate seeds—onto the mayonnaise, like beads. That's it! The salad is ready! Time to taste :)
