Chicken salad with grapes
Description
It's amazing how ingredients can combine to create vibrant flavors and colors. The original recipe called for mango, but I replaced it with papaya. You can also substitute it with sweet melon, pear, apple, or any other sweet fruit with a soft center. I dress the salad with mayonnaise, which can be replaced with sour cream or yogurt.
