Corn and chicken breast salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. I really like salads where you can add or remove ingredients yourself. Actually, I love salads that you can invent and assemble on your own. That's exactly how this one came about. I created it several years ago, and since then I've been making it for almost every holiday. I included my family's favorite ingredients: my husband asked for a salad with only boiled chicken breast and eggs, the kids wanted croutons, and I decided to add lightness with canned corn and a fresh apple. This is the mix we ended up with. And I must say—it turned out really well. I suggest you try this salad too. Serve chilled.

Dice the apple into small cubes and add it to the previously prepared ingredients. Also add canned corn and croutons. Dress with mayonnaise and mix well.

The salad is ready. I suggest serving it in an original way on a flat plate decorated with herbs.
