Shrimp and squid salad without mayonnaise
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. 1. First, place the cleaned squid meat into salted water to boil. Squid cooks very quickly — just 2-3 minutes after boiling. 2. Chop the lettuce. Cut it any way you prefer; I usually dice it into small cubes. 3. Next, slice the green onion into thin rings. 4. Mix the onion and lettuce in a deep bowl. 5. Now slice the crab sticks into thin pieces and add them to the salad bowl. 6. Peel and add the shrimp to the bowl (no need to chop—add them whole). 7. Slice the boiled and cooled squid into rounds and add them to the other ingredients. 8. Mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle with dill. Cut quail eggs in half and use them for garnish. 9. Divide the salad onto plates. Serve plain yogurt, salt, and the quail eggs as individual portions. Ready to serve immediately.
