Description
A simple dish to prepare. I had no time at all to cook this vegetable, so I found a recipe that uses raw beetroot. And now I can share my version with you. Serve chilled.

Wash the beet, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the prunes.

Add garlic, pressed through a garlic press, to the beetroot with prunes.

Dress the salad with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the dish and add fresh herbs.
