1. Remove the crust from slices of yesterday's baguette, cut into small cubes, transfer to a baking dish, spray with vegetable oil, and dry in a preheated grill at 220 degrees until golden brown.

2. Cut the crab sticks into slices, dice the boiled eggs, then add grated garlic, pitted olives, croutons, and mayonnaise.
