Crab stick and corn salad
Description
Interestingly, crab salad requires no special attention and can be quickly prepared—you can even involve your family, friends, or even children in the process. The main thing is to boil the chicken eggs in advance and cool them in ice water; after that, it's smooth sailing! Choose crab sticks according to your preference, and if they're frozen, make sure to defrost them beforehand.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs for 12 minutes and immediately cool them in ice water. Then peel and rinse them. If you purchased frozen imitation crab sticks, thaw them 30 minutes before cooking, unless they are already chilled.
- 2
Step 2

Open the can of canned corn, drain the marinade, and pour the corn into a bowl or salad bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Dice the boiled chicken eggs into small cubes and add them to the container. You can use a special cutting gadget.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the crab sticks the same way and add the chopped pieces to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- 5
Step 5

Spread mayonnaise of any fat content; you can use egg-based, vegan, soy, etc. Keep in mind that dishes dressed with mayonnaise have a shelf life of one day!
- 6
Step 6

Add salt and ground black pepper, then gently mix everything so that the mayonnaise completely coats all the ingredients.
- 7
Step 7

The crab stick salad is completely ready! It can be served at festive tables or on weekdays.
- 8
Step 8

Place the salad into a bowl or ramekin, slightly chilled in the refrigerator beforehand, and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
