Smoked herring salad with cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use smoked herring for the salad, either cold-smoked or hot-smoked. Keep in mind, though, that cold-smoked herring holds its shape better and has a firmer texture. If desired, you can add whole grain mustard to the salad. Serve at the table.
