Smoked sausage salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This salad can easily be considered a main course, as it is filling and very tasty. Smoked sausage pairs well with fresh vegetables and bean sprouts. The salad gets a special piquancy from a Thai dressing made with lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Serve chilled.
