Strawberry and cherry salad
Description
The berry salad takes only a few minutes to prepare. The key is to choose fresh ingredients. If the strawberries are large, cut them in half or into quarters—bite-sized pieces. Feta cheese can be substituted with brined cheese. Instead of mint, you can use other herbs such as basil or tarragon. All the ingredients here go perfectly together. It's best not to overload the salad with dressing. This dish can replace a full dinner or lunch on hot days.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To prepare the salad, you need to prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Sprinkle arugula and mint leaves with olive oil and mix; this is for aesthetics, to give the greens a shine, but it is not necessary.
- 3
Step 3

Place the greens on a plate and slice the strawberries, then arrange them on the plate.
- 4
Step 4

Place cherries among the strawberries.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the cheese into small cubes or crumble it and sprinkle over the salad.
- 6
Step 6

Now for the sauce-dressing. Mix condensed milk with balsamic vinegar.
- 7
Step 7

Drizzle the salad thinly using a spoon.
- 8
Step 8

Don't try to pour all the sauce over the salad; it's better to serve it separately and let everyone add it to their taste.
