Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I recommend keeping the original dressing recipe unchanged. However, you can try using a different type of fish. You could even replace it with herring. Can be served immediately.

1. Combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well.

2. Cut the boiled potatoes into fairly large pieces.

3. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix well.

4. Cut the fish into slices. I have rainbow trout, home-cured.
