Description
Beet and potato salad goes well with fried or boiled meat. Preparation: Boil or bake the beets and potatoes separately in their skins. Let the vegetables cool slightly, then peel and slice them. Place the beets and potatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetable oil and vinegar, mix well. Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
