Cabbage salad with apples

Description

The salad is quick and easy to prepare. You can make lots of different salads using fresh cabbage as a base. I particularly like the salad with apples and cabbage. I make it with white cabbage, as well as with purple and napa cabbage, so it turns out different every time. Moreover, I enjoy experimenting with different apple varieties and other ingredients. You can add celery, bell pepper, chili, and more to the cabbage and apple salad. The main thing is not to be afraid to experiment. You can dress this salad with either vegetable oil or mayonnaise. The salad is ready to serve.
