
Korean-style cabbage salad

1. Cut the cabbage into cubes about 2x2 cm in size. Wash, peel, and julienne the carrots. Finely chop the cilantro, green onions, and garlic. Slice the onion into half-rings.

2. Mix the cabbage and carrots in a deep salad bowl or bowl. Add salt and let stand for 20 minutes so that the cabbage releases its juice.
