
Bok choy salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Pak choi cabbage tastes somewhat similar to Chinese cabbage; it's tender yet fresh, with a slight crunch, making it perfect for salads. For the dressing, you can use oil, sour cream, yogurt, or prepare a more piquant dressing, for example, with garlic. Ready to serve immediately.

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the bok choy, wash it thoroughly. Remove the coarse white part of the cabbage. Cut the green part into strips or into pieces of any shape, as you prefer.

Transfer the cabbage to a salad bowl. Slice the onion into half-rings and add to the salad.

Cut the sweet pepper into strips and add to the salad.

Cut cherry tomatoes or any tomatoes into wedges. Add the tomatoes to the salad.

Cut the fresh cucumber into small pieces and add to all the vegetables. Dress the salad with oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
