Cabbage and cucumber salad with low-fat kefir dressing
Description
This salad belongs to the "summer" category, but you can prepare it any time of the year. This recipe uses young cabbage, which makes the salad more tender. Dill and kefir go perfectly together and complement each other well. You can even have this salad for dinner, as it won't affect your figure.
Instructions

Step 1

1. This is the classic version of preparing a salad for the Dukan diet. Low-fat kefir is used and serves as an excellent salad dressing.

Step 2

2. The season for young cabbage is about to begin, and I'm happy to share a salad recipe with you. Slice the cabbage in the usual way and place it into the container where you'll be preparing the salad. There's no need to add salt or seasonings if you're following a diet (in all other cases, you can salt to taste).

Step 3

3. Cut the cucumbers: first lengthwise, then in half lengthwise again, resulting in small quarters. You can use any cutting method you prefer. Add the cucumbers to the cabbage.

Step 4

4. Dill goes perfectly with kefir, so I recommend using precisely this herb. At the very end, pour in the kefir and mix everything well. It's best not to let the salad sit for too long, as it may release liquid (especially if the cucumbers are watery).

Step 5

5. Serve the salad immediately and enjoy its light flavor and summer aroma.
