
Cabbage, bell pepper, and tomato salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For a more colorful salad, it's best to use bell peppers of different colors. It's advisable to use young cabbage, as it will make the salad juicier. Quick and easy to prepare, perfect as a side dish. Can be served immediately.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Thinly slice the cabbage and transfer it to a deep bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2-4 pieces and slice the bell pepper into large pieces.

Transfer the tomatoes and peppers to the bowl with the sliced cabbage.

For the dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice, and add salt and a mixture of ground peppers to taste.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let the salad sit for 5–10 minutes so the vegetables release their juice, then it's ready to serve.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the salad with microgreens. I use radish sprouts. Enjoy your meal!
