
Squid salad with egg, cucumber, and corn

Perfect for everyday meals. I suggest dressing the salad with natural Greek yogurt—it makes it healthier and lower in calories. If desired, you can use mayonnaise instead. You can add some fresh herbs to make the salad more vibrant. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the squid into boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then immediately remove and plunge the squid into cold water.

Cut the cooled squid into thin strips.

I will assemble the salad in a ring. Place the squid as the first layer and spread a thin layer of yogurt on top.

Next, layer on the cucumber cut into thin strips.

Slightly salt the cucumbers and spread with yogurt.

Boil the chicken eggs in advance until hard-boiled and peel them. Slice thinly into strips and place as the next layer on the salad. Spread the egg layer with Greek yogurt.
