Squid salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. I used oyster mushrooms, but fresh or frozen champignons work just as well. Try making the squid salad using my recipe; I hope you'll enjoy it. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the salad. Boil the eggs, cool them and peel. Peel the onion. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Let's get started!

Step 2

2. Slice the onion into half-rings, add to a frying pan with heated oil, and fry until half-cooked.

Step 3

3. Add the mushrooms, a pinch of salt, and cook both ingredients until done. Stir occasionally, do not cover with a lid!

Step 4

4. Slice a piece of squid thinly into small pieces so it cooks quickly and remains tender. Bring a small amount of water to a boil, add salt, throw in the squid pieces, and cook for exactly one minute. Turn off the heat and drain the squid pieces into a colander.
