Description
The recipe won't take much time. The turkey salad with mushrooms turns out fresh, vibrant, and spring-like. As for the mushrooms, I use fresh button mushrooms—they require no fuss and are juicy and flavorful. I'll also add lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Serve at the table.
