Beef salad with tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Guests always enjoy this salad—it's hearty and can be served either warm or cold. To prepare the beef salad with tomatoes, I used a small amount of lean beef, without tendons or fat; beef tenderloin works best. I recommend using arugula and basil for the greens—they give the meat a very distinctive flavor. For spices, I usually use a ready-made mix, such as Provence herbs. Lettuce leaves work well for garnish. Check out the recipe. Serve at the table.
