Beef salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Most often, we prepare meat with a side dish for lunch or dinner, and maybe also serve some fresh vegetables. But meat and vegetables go very well together; they can be combined into one dish — resulting in a delicious salad. I'll tell you how. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Marinate the steak in a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, and white sugar. Add minced garlic and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Heat the pan well with vegetable oil, then sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until dark brown. Then transfer to a plate to cool.

Step 3

Peel the carrot and cucumber (if it has a tough skin), and clean the pepper by removing the core and seeds. Wash the herbs and tomatoes and dry them thoroughly.
- 4
Step 4

We tear the lettuce leaves by hand and place them in a salad bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Let's prepare the dressing. Mix 2 tablespoons of lime juice, sesame oil, fish sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, and grated ginger.
- 6
Step 6

We will slice the carrots into thin petals using a vegetable peeler, cut the cucumber into rings, halve or quarter the tomatoes, and slice the pepper into strips.
- 7
Step 7

Add the prepared vegetables and chopped herbs to the bowl with the salad leaves.
- 8
Step 8

Chop the roasted peanuts with a knife and add to the salad.
