Fennel and apple salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For many cultures, fennel has been considered a symbol of victory, probably because fennel effectively combats colds and strengthens the immune system. Apples add natural sweetness to the salad; I often don't even add salt or pepper to this fennel and apple salad, to preserve its natural flavor. It's great to eat before meals, as it stimulates the appetite. Devote just 15 minutes of your time to your health. Can be served immediately.
