
Bean salad with chicken
Description
I used red beans to create contrast and prevent the salad from looking pale, but if you have white beans, you can use those instead. Boiled and cooled chicken breasts, then cut into large cubes. You can substitute regular cabbage (only young) for Chinese cabbage.

1. I wash the chicken breasts and boil them until cooked, then cool and cut into large cubes.

2. Open a can of canned beans, drain the water. Add the beans to the chicken.

3. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage, wash and chop the celery stalk, add to the salad bowl.

4. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing: mix vegetable oil with lemon juice, add pressed garlic from a couple of cloves, salt, pepper, and lemon zest (finely grated). Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

5. When serving, I decorate the salad with lemon slices and a sprig of dill.
