Bean salad with mushrooms
Description
I use green string beans for the salad. I had fresh ones, but frozen will work too. The most important thing during cooking is not to overcook them, otherwise they will become soft and turn yellow. I use mushrooms, but they can be replaced with white mushrooms.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I have king mushrooms (with brown caps); I wash them and slice them. I heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

2. Add pearl onions to the mushrooms (if you don't have them, it's no problem). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until golden brown.

Step 3

3. Finely chop the shallot, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press, then add the vegetables to the pan with the mushrooms.

Step 4

4. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly. If the mixture starts clumping, add a little water.

Step 5

5. I put a pot of water on the stove, add salt, and bring to a boil. Then I add the green string beans and cook for 3-5 minutes after the water comes to a boil.

Step 6

6. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water to preserve the green color.

Step 7

7. Place the beans in the pan with the onion and mushrooms, mix well.

Step 8

8. The dish can be served straight from the pan or cooled, it will be very tasty either way.
