Salad with two types of cabbage and cucumbers
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I love cabbage, but I don't like subjecting it to any thermal processing. In my opinion, fresh cabbage is much tastier and, moreover, healthier. That's why cabbage salads are frequent guests on my table. Cabbage and cucumber salad is one of the simplest, yet delicious salads. I usually don't eat this salad plain—I serve it with mashed potatoes alongside various main dishes. But, of course, you can also just snack on it as is—it's tasty too. Can be served immediately.
