
Cauliflower salad with tomatoes and cucumbers

In this case, we have a very filling, tasty, and texturally interesting salad made with cauliflower, tomatoes, and cucumbers. It takes only 5–10 minutes to prepare, yet it's satisfying enough to serve as a worthy alternative to a full lunch. Garnish as desired and serve.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Finely chop the cucumber and add it to the bowl as well.

Depending on their size, cut the tomatoes in half or into quarters.

Squeeze garlic into a bowl.

Season the sour cream with salt and pepper. If desired, you can also squeeze a little garlic into the sour cream.
