Salad with wild garlic and eggs
Description
The other day, my neighbor shared some fresh wild garlic with me. I'm indifferent to it (to the wild garlic, not the neighbor), but my husband absolutely loves it. He likes it much more than regular green onions because it has a pleasant garlic flavor and a firmer texture that he enjoys. His favorite dish made with wild garlic is a wild garlic and egg salad. It's quick to prepare, uses just a few simple ingredients, and turns out both delicious and satisfying—something many vegetable salads lack. And importantly, it's nutritious: wild garlic contains a huge amount of vitamins and beneficial substances. So if you happen to get your hands on some fresh wild garlic, seize the moment and cook it. Here's a recipe for wild garlic and egg salad to help you out. Good luck and ;)
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs beforehand until hard-boiled and let them cool.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the cucumber, slice it into thin half-rings (if the cucumbers are old, peel them; if they are young, peeling is not necessary), and place them in a salad bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces (I use an egg slicer) and add them to the salad bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the ramsons.
- 5
Step 5

Add wild garlic to the salad.
- 6
Step 6

Add sour cream and season with salt to taste.
- 7
Step 7

Mix it – and that's it, the wild garlic salad is ready!
