Lentil salad with smoked fish
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The recipe for lentil salad with smoked fish is not my invention—it's a fairly popular traditional Polish salad that I borrowed from a cookbook. I was initially skeptical about the recipe, but after preparing it, I realized I now had one more delicious salad in my repertoire :) Do give it a try. Serve chilled.
