Description
Perfect for an everyday table. I suggest using boiled pork for this recipe—we'll slice it into large pieces, add a little soy sauce and spices. You can use any fresh herbs—dill, parsley, cilantro, etc. If time allows, it's best to press the meat and onions under a weight for a couple of hours. Serve the salad with vegetables or potatoes. Garnish as desired and enjoy.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Slice the onion into rings and place in a bowl, add water, vinegar, and spices. Marinate the onion for 15 minutes.

Wash and dry the herbs, chop finely, and place in a salad bowl.

Add the marinated onion to the greens.

Cut the boiled pork into large slices and add to the salad.

Add soy sauce to the meat.

Add spices to taste, mix everything and press for 3-4 hours. Serve the ready salad on plates and bring to the table.
