Unexpected guests? Need to quickly prepare something for the table? Here's a simple recipe for "Khansky" salad. It's very easy to make—you can use pre-boiled potatoes and eggs. The dressing is made from mayonnaise and mustard; you can also use horseradish instead of mustard. Have a wonderful day!

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes.

Cut the tongue into cubes the same size as the potatoes.

Boil the quail eggs hard, peel them, and cut in half.

Wash the cherries and cut them into four pieces.

Wash the salad leaves, tear them by hand, and place on a plate.
