Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. "Mushroom Glade" salad is one of the most impressive and original salads I've ever seen. Sure, in a restaurant setting you can prepare all sorts of things, but I can't recall anyone making anything more impressive or interesting at home than this "Mushroom Glade" salad. This salad beautifully decorates any festive table, looks stunning and appetizing, and most importantly, tastes just as good as it looks. In short, it's a great salad—definitely worth trying! Good luck, and enjoy your meal!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes and carrots until cooked, and hard-boil the eggs. Separately, cook the chicken breast in salted water until done.
- 2
Step 2

Line a large bowl with a flat bottom (or a pot) with plastic wrap – this will make it easier to flip the salad. Place the marinated mushrooms in the bottom, cap side down.
- 3
Step 3

Finely chop the dill and sprinkle it on top of the mushrooms.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place as the next layer. Top with a mayonnaise drizzle.
- 5
Step 5

The next layer is grated carrot on a fine grater and mayonnaise again.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the hard cheese finely and spread it as the next layer.
- 7
Step 7

Cut the eggs into cubes (or grate them on a fine grater, like the other ingredients) and place them as the next layer. Cover the top with a mayonnaise lattice pattern.
- 8
Step 8

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, and grate the pickled cucumbers on the same grater. Place them as the top layers and spread with mayonnaise.
- 9
Step 9

Cover everything with a flat plate and carefully flip the salad bowl so that the mushrooms end up on top.
- 10
Step 10

The "Mushroom Glade" salad is ready! You can serve it immediately!
