
Tofu Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. To make the cheese more "interesting," I recommend marinating it beforehand with lemon juice and garlic. The tofu only needs half an hour to absorb the flavors and aromas. After that, it's very simple: vegetables and a quick-to-prepare dressing. Garnish as desired and serve.

First, squeeze the lemon juice, then add the garlic pressed through a garlic press and salt.

Cut the tofu into small cubes, place in the marinade, and let it sit for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the dressing. Combine oil, water, and vinegar. Add salt, sugar, dried basil, oregano, and a bit of garlic. Mix everything well and refrigerate.

Chop the lettuce and vegetables. Place in a salad bowl, add olives.
