Salad with lemon dressing
Description
This salad is great because it can be served either as a main dish or as a side to meat, for example. Red wine vinegar is most commonly used in the dressing, but I suggest a little experiment—skip the vinegar altogether and add lemon juice instead. In my opinion, the result is no worse than the original.
