Salad with sausage

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In one pot, boil the beet and potatoes, in another - the eggs.

Line the bottom of a flat plate with a lettuce leaf and place a tall glass in the center. Place the potatoes as the first layer, grated on a coarse grater. I prefer to grate the potatoes on a coarse grater because my potatoes are very starchy and, when grated finely, turn into an unappetizing, uniform, sticky mass.

Cut the ham or any other sausage you like (you can use boiled or smoked) into small cubes and place it on the mayonnaise-coated potatoes.

On top, place the hard-boiled eggs finely chopped, and also spread mayonnaise over them.

The final layer is finely grated beet. Top it again generously with mayonnaise.
